Elverie Burford grew up in the wilds of West Otago. As a result, she is a mean horsewoman and can milk a cow as well as the next guy.
She spent a previous life living in assorted New Zealand and Australian towns and met John when she happened to be passing through Auckland. Having nothing better to do, they married, and Elverie, with a history of work in legal firms and finance companies, became Burford Dental Group’s practice administrator. If you meet her – she usually is hidden away in the control centre of the office – you will realise that the success of the practice is totally due to her!
